Submission Guidelines for Unit Newsletters
Unit Newsletters are published 6 times a year, every other month beginning in February.
Items included in Unit Newsletters are:
Happenings about members in your Unit.
Information regarding rallies, roundups, luncheons or other get-togethers sponsored by your Unit. Information needed is dates, time, place (name, street address, phone, website address), contact person for more information with their telephone number and email address. This information should also be submitted to the Fleetwood Flyer.
Personal news such as illness, deaths, birthdays, and anniversaries will be separated from the Unit Newsletters and sent by email.
Submissions are made to the Club Executive Secretary.
Deadline for submitting these items is the 20th of the month prior to the month of publication.
February issue is due January 20th
April issue is due March 20th
June issue is due May 20th
August issue is due July 20th
October issue is due September 20th
December issue is due November 20th
Updates for publication to the website can be sent at any time to the Club Webmaster.
